Hey, I'm Ryan!

Fitness wasn’t always easy for me. I struggled with self-confidence and felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there.

By simplifying my approach and focusing on what worked for me, I was able to build strength and transform how I felt about myself.

Want to get started but have a few questions?

What services do you offer?

I provide personal training services both online and in person. In-person training can take place in the comfort of your home or at a private studio called LAPT, located in Gillingham.

What is online coaching, and how does it work?

Online coaching includes tailored workout plans, nutritional guidance, and 2 group check-ins weekly to support your progress. You will have access to me via the inox in your personal Everfit app for ongoing support and motivation. Sessions and plans are designed to fit your schedule and goals.

What can I expect from in-person training?

In-person training sessions are customised to your fitness level, goals, and preferences. Whether we train at your home or at our private studio. I’ll guide you through each exercise, provide real-time feedback, and ensure proper form for optimal results.

Where is the LAPT studio located?

It is a private and fully equipped space designed to make your training sessions effective and comfortable.

Do I need any equipment for home sessions?

Not necessarily! I can bring any required equipment for our sessions. If you have your own equipment, we can incorporate it into your workouts.

How do I get started?

Contact me through the website's contact form or via email. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, and any specific requirements.

What are your rates?

Rates vary based on the type of coaching you choose (online or in person) and the session package. Pricing is influenced by the level of commitment - more commitment equals a cheaper session rate. Please reach out for more details on pricing and available packages.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions are delivered on a weekly basis. I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, and sessions must be rescheduled for the same week. If this is not possible, the session will be lost.

Can I combine online and in-person training?

All packages include online coaching as standard. This hybrid approach is an excellent way to achieve your goals while maintaining flexibility.

What fitness levels do you work with?

I work with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Each programme is tailored to your current fitness level and goals.

Do you offer nutritional guidance?

Yes, I provide nutritional guidance to complement your training programme. This includes calculating your TDEE (Calorie burn per day) and Macros (Protein, Fat & Carbs).

Don't be scared, this is just a guide to allow me to support your overall fitness journey.

You won't need to count calories forever! 👍

I can not prescribe food as I am not a registered dietician.

How do I track my progress?

All clients will receive access to their own app, where they can track workouts and see their progression week on week. Additionally, all clients can attend 2 x weekly group check-ins to ask questions and engage with a like-minded community. Monthly forms will also be provided to assess how you’re feeling in terms of confidence, strength, happiness, and how you feel in your clothes. Changes will be monitored using scales, though it’s important to consider other metrics as scale weight can fluctuate for various reasons.
